ABOUT ME

I am a licensed psychologist specializing in individual and group therapy in New York City. I work hard to create a warm and collaborative environment where my clients feel supported and able to achieve their goals. I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental space where my clients can grow and change.

I approach my clinical work from an integrative perspective, primarily utilizing a psychodynamic framework while incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based treatments to ensure that I am thoughtfully customizing treatment for each of my clients.

I am currently a psychologist at Bellevue Hospital working on a medical-psychiatric inpatient unit with a geriatric focus. I also serve as the Co-Director of the Bellevue Externship Program and am a Clinical Assistant Professor at the NYU School of Medicine.

I received extensive training from a variety of hospitals, college counseling centers, and private practices. My areas of expertise include Trauma, Geriatric Psychology, and Health Psychology.
